I saw Owen for the first time about a week ago after a few little niggles started bothering me. Nothing dramatic, but I wanted to keep it that way, prevention is cure and all that. He was honestly brilliant. He went along my spine and realigned what needed sorting, stretched me out which massively helped the hip pain, and fixed my shoulder after spotting it was rotated forward.

The neck issue I had seems to have vanished I’m no longer scared to flick my hair out of my face in case my neck goes on me. It was worth going for that alone.

He really knows his stuff, explains everything, and makes you feel at ease. I’ve already got colleagues booking in after hearing about my visit, I’ll definitely be going back in the future. Can’t recommend him enough.

Owen fixed so much of my pain in one session of realignment and sports massage. Really friendly and knowledgeable, he gave me great advice about areas I was worried about, lovely venue too!

I came to Owen looking like a stressed-out prawn 🍤 and left feeling like a freshly cooked noodle 🍜

Absolutely brilliant first appointment, super friendly, professional and I feel about 6 inch’s taller and 10 years younger !
