I am Owen, i have a degree in sports rehabilitation and have worked as a rehabilitator working with and learning from the best in the business. I specialise in realignement therapy which aims to fix your issues that are casuing you pain and discomfort as quickly as possible and leave you feeling better after every treatment.

I had a couple of areas that were painfull, owen was able to remove all pain in one session! 10/10 thankyou!

Really nice setting and I felt very relaxed with Owen, who explained everything as the process went on. I felt great when leaving and wanted to take a snooze, I think it was the relief of not being in pain. Owen has encouraged me to keep stretching and explained the aftercare required. I would highly recommend getting the sports massage with the Alignment.

I went to see Owen because of neck stiffness and back pain and he talked me through each step as he was doing it - walked out feeling like a new woman today pain free. I’ll definitely be booking back in

Had my first treatment with Owen today. Absolutely loved it. It was really interesting to find out why I am getting pain in certain areas and since the realignment everything feels more comfortable. Iv been to so many therapists for my back over the years spending thousands and nothing has worked for me consistently. I went to see Owen last week to see if a different approach would do the trick and to say it had would be an understatement. 5 years of awful back pain gone after 30 MINUTES! I can’t even wrap my head around how. Absolute miracle worker Owen, thank you so much!
